students and individuals who is visiting CI Learning website. The following policy explains how
we use information from the website and associated services to serve our students with the
best user experience possible.
Our privacy policy regulates how Canadian International Learning collects; uses, maintains, and
discloses information of student/users from the Canadian International Learning website. The
privacy policy of CIL applies to the site and all products and services offered by Canadian
International Learning.
It is the responsibility of the Management and teaching staff of Canadian International Learning
to protect and secure the privacy of our students, clients, and website visitors to get the best
user experience possible.

Students will:
 
a) register on the site.
b) fill our CIL form.
c) respond to our surveys.
d) Connect with our services, features, or any resources which we will make available on our

students. CIL will collect personal identification information only in the situation when the
students voluntarily submit their information. Students have the right to refuse to provide
personal identification information, which may prevent them from engaging in certain CIL
website-related activities.

CIL may collect the non-personal identification information only when students interact with
our website.

in this situation, some parts of the website may function accordingly.

Use of Collected Information by CIL

Canadian International Learning collects the personal information of our students for the
following reasons.
a) To run and operate our CIL website, we may need our student’s information to display
content on the website correctly and precisely.
b) To improve the confidence of our students.
c) To provide the best possible guidance to our learners. Our student’s feedback is a great asset
that helps us to improve our products and services.
e)  To differentiate User experience Canadian International Learning, we may use information
collected to understand how our users use the services and resources provided on our site.
f) We may send the survey, contest, and other website features which they agreed about the
topics CIL thinks will benefit and interest them.
g)   To send periodic emails by Canadian International Learning. School administration may use
the email address to send User information and updates concerning their order. It may also
respond to student’s inquiries, questions, and other requests.
h)  In order to process payments by our administration, CIL may use the information students
provide about themselves when placing an order to offer services. CIL administration does not
share this information with other or outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide
the services.

information.

practices and security measures that protect against unauthorized access, modification,
disclosure, or destruction of our student’s personal information, e.g., username, password,
business information, and data stored on our site.
CIL’s website complies with PCI vulnerability standards to create a maximum secure online
environment for our students.

How CIL shares our Student’s Information

Our school administration may share generic accumulated demographic information not linked
to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our trusted partners
and promoters for the purposes outlined above. CIL may use third-party service providers to
help us operate our business and the site or administer activities on our behalf, e.g., sending
out our newsletters or surveys. CIL administration may share your information with these third
parties for those limited reasons if our students have given us their permission.

Why CIL needs Location Information?

While using the Canadian International Learning website, we may ask the students to confirm
their site or location to generate views of specific site pages, namely, but not limited to the fees
on the Registration page. CIL Administration may also use this data internally or in combination
with our third-party service providers to customize our student’s experience and provide
relevant offers to our learners.

Our students may find advertising or other content on the CIL website that links to the sites and
services of other third parties. We do not control the content or links that appear on these
sites. In addition, we are not responsible for the practices employed by these websites linked to
or from our website.

Canadian International Learning has the discretion to update its Privacy Policy at any time. We
inform our students of the situation when we update our privacy policy by e-mail. Also, we
encourage our students to frequently check the CIL website for any updates on our privacy
policy.

By using the CIL website, you signify your acceptance of this policy. Students are welcome to
contact our administrative team if they have any questions regarding the privacy policy of the
Canadian International Learning website.

Canadian International Learning owns all the intellectual property rights in which all the
basic text, video clips, HTML, text, or any other text is available to our students on the
CI Learning website.
The intent of Canadian International Learning website is to provide general information
to our students, which will help our students to complete their high school credits or get
Ontario Secondary School Diploma. CIL does not accept any responsibility for any loss
that our users could experience due to relying on the information they found on our
website.
